Model Performance Monitoring

The graph illustrates monitoring of model performance for 3 successive acquisition campaigns. “Development” shows the performance of the development sample on the original campaign at the time of model construction. “Campaign 1” results are similar to what was seen for the development sample, as expected. However, “Campaign 2” results have degraded: there is lower response among than the upper deciles (Deciles 1 through 4) and higher response among the lower deciles (Deciles 7 thorough 10). By “Campaign 3”, model performance has flattened and demonstrates a need to rebuild the model.
